How long does an installation take?

A single wall-mounted split system is usually installed in one day. Multi-room or ducted systems typically take two to four days depending on pipework runs and building access.

Do I need planning permission for an outdoor unit?

Most domestic installations fall under permitted development, but there are size and siting rules and different conditions for flats and listed or conservation-area properties. We advise you during the survey.

How much will it cost to run?

Modern inverter units are highly efficient — a typical room unit costs only a few pence per hour to run in cooling mode and can also provide low-cost heating in winter.

Why it pays off

What you actually get from doing this properly

Anyone can quote you a price. Here is the difference a proper air conditioning installation makes once the van has driven away — in plain terms, from jobs we do across London every week.

Talk it through with an engineer

Lower bills, all year round

Modern inverter units sip electricity compared with older kit, and the same system heats your rooms cheaply in winter. Most customers are surprised how little it costs to run day to day.

Comfort that actually lasts

An oversized unit short-cycles and an undersized one runs flat out and wears early. We size every system to your room, so it holds temperature quietly and has an easier life.

One team from start to finish

The person who surveys your home is part of the team that installs it and looks after it afterwards. If you ever have a question, you are talking to people who know your setup.
