What is included in a health check?

A 30-plus point inspection covering refrigerant pressures and charge, electrical safety, controls, airflow, temperature split, drainage, mountings and general condition, delivered as a written and photographic report.

Is a health check the same as a service?

No. A health check is an assessment and report only. If we find issues you can book the corrective work separately, or upgrade to a maintenance plan.

Should I get a health check before buying a property?

Absolutely. It is a low-cost way to find out whether inherited air conditioning or refrigeration is sound or is about to need significant investment.

System Health Checks

Independent one-off inspections with a clear, photographic condition report.

A one-off health check is ideal before summer, after buying a property, or when a system just is not performing. We measure, inspect and report so you know exactly what condition your equipment is in.

Why it pays off

What you actually get from doing this properly

Anyone can quote you a price. Here is the difference a proper system health checks makes once the van has driven away — in plain terms, from jobs we do across London every week.

Talk it through with an engineer

Know what you are dealing with

Before you spend money on repairs, an upgrade or a property, you get a clear picture of the real condition of the equipment — in writing, with photos.

Catch the quiet problems

Efficiency drifts down and small safety issues creep in long before anything actually fails. A health check puts numbers to how the system is really performing.

Advice with nothing attached

A health check is a report, not a sales pitch. We tell you what we found and what we would prioritise; whether you book any work with us is entirely up to you.
